NIE Networks, Northern Ireland.

Cross arms, pole hardware and OHL fittings for NIE Networks’ 11kV to 275kV distribution and transmission upgrade programmes. IPW is a recognised approved supplier to NIE and its delivery partners.

EirGrid Transmission, Republic of Ireland.

Structural steelwork and OHL hardware for EirGrid’s 220kV and 400kV transmission network, delivered through the tier-1 EPC contractors working on the major infrastructure programmes.

Scottish Power / SSE, Scotland.

OHL steelwork and hardware for Scottish Power and SSE programmes up to 400kV, established supplier to both network operators.

Documentation Shipped With Every Order.

Every order is supported by a full documentation pack, issued with the goods or available on request, in the format required by a network operator or framework contractor to close out the order. Depending on the item, this includes:

Dimensional check report against drawing or specification.

Raw material certificates: EN 10204 Type 3.1, traceable to steel mill or smelter.

Mechanical test reports: tensile, impact and proof load as applicable.

Galvanizing reports: coating thickness, zinc bath analysis, EN ISO 1461 compliance.

Type test certificates against the relevant BS / IEC / ENA specification where applicable.

Batch traceability linking each item back to the manufacturing run and material certificate.
