Formed in 1984 Irish Pioneer Works (Fabricators) limited (I.P.W.) provides a total service in Fabrication, Galvanizing and underground water fittings. The company operates from its premises on the Kinsale Road Cork.

A sister company Engineering Service and Product limited (E.S.L.) operates precision engineering services to industries at an adjoining factory at Black Ash Kinsale road. Collectively, these capabilities enable the group to provide a complete manufacturing, finishing and installation services to a range of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Quality is embedded in the service with stringently managed and monitored production processes applied at every stage. Our fabrication and Galvanizing divisions set the standard having earned full accreditation to the latest International Quality Standard ISO-9001-2008. IPW are members of The Galvanizers Association and are certified to EN ISO 1461:1999.

IPW is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency Ireland since 1999 under the Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) system. Waste minimisation and energy efficiency programmes have been established through co-operation with EPA, ESB and Bord Gas. Clean technology production systems are established both in manufacturing and galvanizing plants.
